November
Jackie Allsup, of Northern Iowa P&KC, said they held their last meeting in the Lutheran Church building.  Members, Kay and Dave Bern presented a power point on the Kansas City pond tour.  As it’s getting about the end of the year, there was not a lot of business to discuss.  They talked a little about the pros and cons of changing the type of food they feed their fish as the water gets colder.  Outside water temps are already in the mid 40’s, though, so most have stopped feeding already.  Winter prep is on everyone’s mind as they wind down the ponding season.  You can find the NIPKC on Facebook.

NIPKC along with the EIPS are joining together to take a pond tour bus trip into the St. Charles area in the end of August. Everyone from both clubs is looking forward to that.
